Itinerary

9:00 am we will pick you up at your hotel in Huaraz and we will start the journey towards Chavín de Huántar which is 2 hours from the city of Huaraz. During the journey we will be able to appreciate beautiful landscapes and we will make a stop at the Querococha Lagoon to take photos and enjoy the landscape. We will continue with the trip until we reach the Chavín de Huántar archaeological center, declared a natural heritage of humanity in 1985. We will enjoy a tour learning the history of this culture, we will also see the Tello Obelisk, the Pórtico de las Falcónidas and the sunken circular plaza. After the visit, we will have free time in the city and with our strength restored, we will go to the Chavín National Museum, where we will learn about the myths, legends and enigmas of this culture. At 06:30 hours we will be back in Huaraz.
