Discover the impressive Sacred Valley of the Incas and enjoy the archaeological centers that are around the incredible Wilka Mayu. Pisaq, a town that guards an impressive citadel from the Inca period and Ollantaytambo, the last living Inca city. Also on the tour you will learn about the textile wealth of the Chinchero district and the natural beauty of the Urubamba Valley.

Itinerary:

Between 06:30 am - 07:00 am, we will pick you up from your respective hotel to start the tour. We will go to Chinchero, ancestral town of the Incas, where we will visit the royal hacienda of the Inca Tupac Yupanqui. We will also appreciate the plaza and colonial arches. Then we will visit the archaeological center of Moray, where we will find a series of circular terraces. The third place to visit will be the salt mines of Maras, a place of great importance since pre-Inca times. We will descend to Urubamba, where we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. After lunch we will go to the ancient citadel of Ollantaytambo, an imposing fortress where you can see a series of walls, temples and impressive canals that show the wonderful work of the ancient Inca architects and engineers. As a last place, we will visit the impressive archaeological center of Pisaq, a place that keeps a large cemetery of great importance as well as a series of large terraces that were used for agriculture. We will pass through the colonial town of Pisaq, where you can appreciate the local crafts and the incredible jewelry made of silver. Finally we will return to your hotel in the city of Cusco.
