Itinerary

9:00 am or 14:00 pm The tour begins with the pick up of the passengers from their respective hotel or in any case in the main square will be the starting point, and we will begin the journey then we will make a stop on the way to a natural viewpoint where We will be able to appreciate the volcanoes and the rest of the city, then we will arrive at the añashuayco quarries. First, the stonemasons will explain the carving process of the ashlar, its composition and history as they have used this stone since ancient times since it is part of the entire architectural complex of the city center and they will be able to appreciate carvings and they will be able to take funny photos for their memory. . After that we go back to the transport to go to the last point, we will do a walk of 20min approx. towards Culebrillas. Then we will hike to shingles, a small canyon formed of ashlar by the passage of time, where you can see carved in this ashlar stone, these petroglyphs still unknown their origin or cause, during the tour you can take several photos and have enough time to enjoy this landscape. 12:30 pm or 18:30 pm Then we will go the same way and return to the center of the city of Arequipa.
